  Two girls working the drive thru at 530 pm tonight were awful to the counter girl, who was definitely new and in training. She asked for help, and was spoken down to and belittled. It was very uncomfortable for myself and others in the line, not to mention the poor girl probably hates her job now.

  Order was incorrect when we got it. Asked for grilled breakfast sandwich on biscuits with bacon and sausage, first they put them thru the toaster and then the meats were wrong. Ordered 2 maple tidbits, got 1 maple and 1 plain.

  Asked for a bit more ice in a black coffee for my 76 year old grandmother and they made a sarcastic comment about " they still want more ice! " with major attitude . They proceeded to fill the small cup half full of ice, the coffee was stone cold. I will never go to this Tims again, they are always rude and impatient . The worst Tims I have ever been to. EVER!
