  Walked out. Server argued with me over an item clearly printed on their menu. Tried to charge me extra for something the menu stated clearly was included. Hot sandwiches comes with any 2 sides; fries, mash, veggies, coleslaw. I picked fries and mash. Like I've done every time before. But the server said I couldn't have this, and confirmed they were indeed the kitchen supervisor, and I couldn't order that without paying more. That 1 experience ruined it. You don't throw your title at people, and we have been long time customers. I will not go back, and retract any good I've ever said about this place! Poor service. Good food though, if your server isn't rude and condescending.

  Hellas has been in a landmark in Sackville for a long time. Still has great service, good food and great value. It continues to have a down home diner feel where regulars are greeted by name and can tell the staff they just want the 'usual'.

  Every weekend I come here it is closed. First the sign in the door said closed Sundays and a month later now it's closed Saturdays. Very bad buisness for a restaurant I thought to be reputable. Very upset
